From now until the end of May, Kat Lieu, the founder of Subtle Asian Baking, is selling Basque and Japanese cheesecakes to raise money for the #veryasianfundraiser to help #stopasianhate
6-inch Basque or Japanese cheesecake (ube, pandan, matcha, vanilla, chocolate, butterfly pea flower, lemon, or black sesame flavors): $50 donation
8-inch basque or Japanese cheesecake (ube, pandan, matcha, vanilla, chocolate, butterfly pea flower, lemon, or black sesame flavors): $75 donation
All proceeds will go to the fundraiser linked below. Must be able to pick up in the Renton, WA area (inside the Renton Uwajimaya).
Please note the basque cheesecakes needs to be made the night before pick up and the Japanese cheesecake is best when made the day of pick up, so note that when we’re coordinating pick up times, thanks!
